Shipping and Returns 
Dawn to Dusk is based in the UK but we deliver internationally.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
Please note that the delivery times and prices vary between counties that we ship to:

Delivery in UK - orders over £150 - 3-5 days - FREE

Delivery inside UK - orders less than £150 - 3-5 days - £5

EU countries - 3-5 days - £10

Euro Non-EU countries - 5-7 days - £17

USA and Canada - 5-7 days - £15

Other International - 5-7 days - £19

Duties & Taxes
UK CUSTOMERS
All duties and taxes are included for UK customers, 
so you won't need to pay any additional fees. 

NON UK CUSTOMERS
You may have to pay custom and import charges for your delivery depending on your location.
It is your responsibility to check the local regulations of your area before you place an order.

Returns & Exchanges 

Feel free to exchange or return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving the order. Refunds & exchanges policy applies only for items that are in their original condition with the label tag in place and the receipt, whether it is a copy or the original.

Pease note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable as well as the cost of shipping to return your item back to us is at your expense (unless the item is faulty, then we will happily reimburse you upon inspection).
